We prepare and draft work regulations within institutions and companies, then obtain approvals from the Ministry of Labor. We also prepare, draft, and develop administrative structures and the associated job descriptions; merging, canceling, and creating jobs and their compatibility with the labor law and the resulting effects; as well as drafting employment contracts to regulate the relationship between the employee and the employer and providing legal consultations regarding all disputes arising from the employment relationship.
