Abdulaziz Al Farraj is a lawyer and the founding and managing partner of Al Farraj Abdulaziz specializes in judicial disputes, particularly general and commercial litigation, which requires cognitive and qualitative knowledge of jurisprudential rulings, and experience related to the Companies Law, the Commercial Court Law, judicial precedents and related matters. In addition, he provides legal consultations related to partnership issues and others, representing clients in this regard before competent authorities, drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and agreements between relevant parties, and providing other legal consultations, in accordance with the client's needs and objectives. Abdulaziz holds a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University and a Master's degree in Comparative Jurisprudence from the Higher Judicial Institute at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. He also earned numerous professional certificates in the legal field. Abdulaziz is registered with the Ministry of Justice since 2012 and is amember of the Saudi Bar Association and Qadha Association

Omar El-Assir is a partner in Al Farraj, leading the Corporate and Private Investments, Banking and Financial Services, and Capital Markets Department. Omar has a proven track record of advising local, regional, and international entities, agencies, and organizations on matters related to corporate law, private equity, banking and finance, and capital market regulation. He is widely recognized as a leading expert in corporate governance and has a proven track record of advising international, regional, and local bodies (such as the International Finance Corporation and the Lebanese Government) on governance and structuring matters, as well as securities regulation. Omar wrote numerous legal articles and publications addressing, among other things, topics related to corporate law, securities regulations, and banking corporate governance. Omar holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Saint Joseph University and a Master's degree in Private International Law and International Business Law from Pantheon-Sorbonne University (Paris 1). He has been a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2002 and a member of the Saudi Bar Association.

Eddy Maghariki is a partner at Al Farraj, and a member of the Corporate, Private Equity, Banking & Finance, and Capital Markets department. Eddy served as legal counsel to numerous companies in various cross-border acquisition deals, and to numerous banks, investment banks, and financial institutions in their capital market projects and products. Eddy wrote numerous legal articles and publications addressing, among other things, issues related to data privacy laws and banking regulation. Eddy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from La Sagesse University in Lebanon and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology and Intellectual Property from La Sagesse University. He has been a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2003.

Mohammed Al Farraj is a lawyer and partner at Al Farraj and a member of the Corporate and Private Investments, Capital Markets, Agencies, and Franchise department. Mohammed has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations, with particular expertise in Real Estate Investment Traded Funds (REITs), regulatory compliance, and franchising matters. He has acted as legal advisor to numerous companies regarding joint ventures and multiple acquisition deals, and represented numerous financial institutions in their capital market projects. Mohammed holds a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Sharia from Qassim University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law Practice from Majmaah University. He is accredited by the Franchise Center and also accredited by the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property. Mohammed is registered with the Ministry of Justice since 2018 and is a member of the Saudi Bar Association.

Nouf Al-Shabanat is a lawyer at Al Farraj, providing legal advice related to companies, franchise contracts, and other commercial matters. Upon joining Al Farraj, she contributed to several government projects, such as the Beneficiary Services Project for the Franchise Center at the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monshaat); participates in conducting a consultancy study on dispute resolution for the Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA). She also represents and defends clients before courts and quasi-judicial committees, with experience including case analysis and drafting legal memoranda. Nouf holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University College of Business and Management in 2019, and completed several legal training courses. Ashwaq Al-Mutairi is a lawyer with extensive experience in representation and defense before courts and quasi-judicial committees, drafting legal memoranda, and providing legal advice related to companies, in addition to handling labor cases and providing advice related to the Labor Law. She holds a Bachelor's degree in law from Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University in 2019. She also holds a certificate in the fundamentals of compliance from the Financial Academy and a legal advisor and compliance officer Certificate from the Qadaa Association. Ashwaq is registered with the Ministry of Justice since 2022 and is a member of the Saudi Bar Association.

Saad Al-Tamimi is specialized in preparing and providing Sharia and legal studies and opinions, in addition to developing regulations and pleadings and conducting advocacy before judicial authorities. He drafts and reviews contracts in alignment with client objectives and in accordance with best practices followed in the legal field. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in 2020 and a Master’s degree in Laws from the High Judicial Institute at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in 2024. He also obtained a diploma in human resources management from the Management Training Higher Institute in 2022, in addition to earning several professional certificates in the field of law.

Fahad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from King Saud University, in addition to several professional certificates, most notably a license from the Ministry of Human Resources to provide labor consulting and an advanced certificate in labor market analysis and the creation of benefits and salary scales from the University of Washington. He has received several professional awards, most notably the Global Leadership Award for Innovation in Human Resources Strategies and Employee Engagement, and he was selected as one of the top one hundred leaders in human resources management in the Kingdom for the year 2025.

Hossam Geddo has more than 10 years of experience in financial management. He is distinguished by his ability to accurately analyze financial data and make decisions based on his extensive experience. He has also contributed to improving financial operations by implementing internal control systems and analyzing financial performance, resulting in increased efficiency. He has skills in financial planning and budgeting, which contribute to ensuring the sustainability of financial performance and its alignment with the Firm's strategic objectives. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting from Benha University in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Member of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA).
